Roundhouse locos are solid and robust, with a solid design philosophy and made by a team that has years of practical experience in steaming. The Basic series (Millie, Sammie and Bertie) are available on a few weeks notice, the others are made in batches and there is usually a 9 month waiting period. Radio Control models are supplied with a 2.4GHz transmitter and receiver suitable for the USA. Locos come with a tool kit. Apart from the basic locos, all engines are run in for 2 hours at the works to ensure they are running smoothly and sweetly when you get it.
